The Board of Directors evaluated the direct operational costs related to the clubhouse and have determined it necessary to charge a fee in order to cover the cost of maintaining the facility. Therefore, effective January 1, 2021 a rental fee of $100.00 will be charged for private rental of the Clubhouse.
Rental payments and Refundable Deposits will only be accepted by check. All payments must be received at the time of check-in and made payable to “Waterside HOA, Inc.” Please reference terms and conditions of Clubhouse Rental on Watersideinfo.com.
